About the Project
Architected a comprehensive smart city public service platform for the MAGE 12 (Multimedia and Game Event) App Development competition. Bridges citizen mobile workflows with government agency web operations through dynamic slot allocation, multi-agency prerequisite evaluation with SKTLK police report roadmaps, and sub-second Supabase Realtime WebSocket broadcast.
Key Contributions

Dynamic Slot Allocation & Real-Time TV Broadcast
Engineered a dynamic queue dispatch engine powered by Supabase Realtime WebSockets to broadcast ticket updates with sub-second latency to TV waiting room displays and kiosk terminals. Implemented FIFO buffer postponement logic (callNextQueue) and multi-counter load balancing to prevent counter idle time.

Citizen Mobile Architecture & Interactive Stepper
Developed high-fidelity React Native screens with NativeWind and Expo Router, featuring interactive 4-step queue booking, multi-branch location selector with real-time distance and ETA, live progress stepper tracking (Terjadwal, Check-in, Menunggu, Dilayani), family profile proxy booking, and a 5-tier satisfaction rating flow.

Cross-Agency Prerequisite Engine & OpenAPI Pipeline
Architected a directed graph prerequisite validation engine that handles missing or damaged documents (hilang_rusak) by dynamically generating SKTLK police report roadmaps. Built comprehensive OpenAPI 3.1 interactive documentation with Scalar and an isolated Vitest test suite with 100% pass rate.
